Negotiation
The design-negotiate-bid delivery method is a combination of the design-bid-build and design-build models. In this method, the owner selects the contractor privately, rather than through a public bidding process. The owner also has separate contracts with the architect and contractor. In services where there is no architect and the owner or person of common interest is going to determine who gets the job by negotiating with prices on one estimate versus prices on another to negotiate a lower price is where our estimates can give the negotiating power an investor , owner or person of interest needs!
